After less than 3 years, only two single family homes are left in the new home community of Merrill Villas in Carolina Forest

Single-family homes in the new home community of Merrill Villas in Carolina Forest first closed back in June of 2022. A little over two years later, the community is nearing completion.

As of March 26, 2025,  Mungo Homes has just 2 single family homes left for sale:

1. A 3 bed, 2 bath single level split plan on a pond. July completion, 1,786 sq ft, $374,900, $10,000 towards closing
2. A 5 bed, 3.5 bath plus a formal office, primary upstairs. Also on a pond lot. 3,049 sq ft, $429,900 and same incentives apply if using a Mungo Homes partner lender and attorney 

This Carolina Forest new home community is located adjacent to Bella Vista and close to Highway 501 and Highway 31. Merrill Villas is offering both one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,700 to over 3,000 square feet with up to six bedrooms. Plans offering two primary bedrooms are perfect for multi-generational families. Additional plans offer a first-floor primary bedroom, a designated home office, flex or bonus room, or a first-floor guest suite perfect for visitors. Homes in Merrill Villas have sold from the low $300’s to close to $500, with the average price in the high $300’s.
