Allston Park is a new community being built on an approximate 63.32 acre of land in Calabash, NC just off of Highway 17 near the North Carolina and South Carolina border.

Allston Park is being developed close to a couple of other new communities in the area.  Dream Finders Homes is building single-family homes in Calabash Station - a new home community that will have 251 homes.  In addition, the new Senior Living Community of Calabash Meadows is close to Allston Park.

Allston Park is also close to several golf courses. including the prestigious Brunswick Plantation and its 27-hole championship golf course (Azalea, Dogwood, and Magnolia).  Just up the road off of Highway 17 are the “Big Cats” at Ocean Ridge Plantation - Lion’s Paw, Panther’s Run, Tiger’s Eye, and Leopard’s Chase.

Mungo Homes will be building 132 single-family homes in the new home community of Allston Park.

Mungo Homes started presales in  the new home community of Allston Park in the early part of 2024.  The first homes in Allston Park closed in April of 2024.
